SHIPPING, RETURNS, WARRANTY & REPAIRS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within Canada and the U.S. Order fulfillment times are currently up to 5 business days once received. Expect slightly longer wait times over the holidays/online sales as we are busier than usual!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way and would like a refund, it must be in its original/unused condition. Upon inspection, after receiving your returned item, if deemed acceptable, we will offer a full refund/exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate the return process, please send us a message via our contact form, and include "return" in the subject line, and we'll get back to you shortly with further instructions.

WARRANTY

For gear:

Our gear is made in Canada, and warrantied against manufacturer defects and material flaws. If our gear should fail due to such an issue, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. Our warranty does NOT cover normal wear-and-tear. Examples of what is NOT covered: punctures and tears from sharp-cut bone edges or claws. This also includes tears and punctures as the result of dragging on the ground, or by puncturing/tearing it with branches or other objects, or through improper hanging/suspension techniques. Additionally, sparks and burns from fires or camp stoves are NOT covered by warranty. For all warranty inquiries, send us a message with pictures via our contact form with "warranty" in the subject line. We will review your request and get back to you shortly. 

For branded merch:

1 year warranty, covers manufacturer defects. Does not cover normal wear-and-tear of the item. 

REPAIRS 

For all repair inquiries please send us a message through our contact form. Make sure to include "repair" in the subject line, and we'll get back to you shortly.
